RD Lee Capital Partners is a boutique private equity firm founded by Ramel Lee that builds and acquires small businesses. Our investments span hotels, commercial real estate, security, logistics, and laundry services, alongside private credit, venture funds, and other alternative assets. We have co-owned and exited hotels, built a logistics company from zero to $14M in revenue, and operate a seven-figure security business. Effort creates ownership, and ownership creates control.
